Welcome!

I’m Alan, a professional photographer based in South Wales, with a passion for capturing compelling moments and presenting the world from distinctive perspectives.

Specialising in sports, motorsport and aerial photography, I enjoy working in fast-paced and challenging environments—from the intensity of the racetrack and football pitch to dramatic landscapes captured from the air. My wider portfolio also includes events, portraiture and commercial assignments.

With more than ten years of photographic experience, I bring creativity, adaptability and a strong visual approach to every project. Whether working with natural light, controlled studio lighting or changing outdoor conditions, my aim is to produce powerful, professional images that communicate atmosphere, emotion and a clear sense of story.

I hold a BA (Hons) in Photography from Carmarthen School of Art at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. My work has been exhibited at the UWTSD Gallery and published in magazines produced by Salt Media for the Dyfed and Glamorgan Army Cadet Forces, as well as in the North Gloucestershire Road Racing Championship’s race programmes.

For the 2026/2027 football season, I will be working with Llanelli Town AFC as a Senior Team Photographer, documenting matches, club events and the wider story of the team throughout the season.

I’m always keen to collaborate with new clients, organisations and creative professionals, and I welcome projects that offer fresh challenges and opportunities to create memorable imagery.
